What does Gobbill Business cost?

Gobbill Business has a monthly fee starting from $25 inclusive of GST. There are no joining or cancellation fees! See our full range of plans.

Are there any other charges I should know about?

Your Gobbill Business account includes a quota of digitised photo bills per month depending on your plan. If you exceed this limit, it will cost $2 per document. There are also dishonour and transaction fail fees. For further details see our price schedule.

What invoices can I pay through Gobbill Business?

Any Australian business supplier that accepts card or bank transfer payments. If you’re unsure whether Gobbill can pay a certain supplier, forward the invoice to gobbill@gobbill.com.au and we’ll let you know. Gobbill performs business onboarding checks as part of its anti-fraud procedures.

What invoices can Gobbill Business digitise?

Gobbill Business can digitise any invoice, from paper to email invoices. Forward all invoices to Gobbill for quick and easy digitisation.

Can Gobbill Business process paper Invoices?

Yes, your Gobbill Business account includes a quota of digitised photo bills per month depending on your plan! Simply scan or take a photo and forward these to your Gobbill Business email account.

How do I use the Xero integration?

Forward invoices to your Gobbill Business email account. When it’s time to do your accounts, log into Gobbill and you’ll see that your invoices are awaiting synchronisation to Xero. Simply connect to Xero and “sync” all or selected transactions. Gobbill will automatically create draft account entries and attach invoices in your Xero account. That’s it! No data entry required.
